The Annual Cotton Turnover In Pakistan Decreased By 8.52

 

As of May 1, 2008, the volume of cotton arrived in Pakistan reached 11 million 352 thousand bales, 8.25% less than last year, reaching 12 million 410 thousand packages in May 1st last year.



This year's official production target was 14 million 100 thousand bales.

It is then modified to 12 million 500 thousand packets, and then modified to 11 million 600 thousand packets.

At present, only 11 cotton ginning plants are in operation.
