< p > with the global warming of "a href=" //www.sjfzxm.com > climate change < /a >, the concept and practice of low carbon economy has swept the globe in recent years.

The trend of modern textile industry developing towards green, energy saving, low carbon and multi-functional is irreversible. It has entered a new era of material wins.

In recent years, the concept of people buying textiles has gradually changed. In pursuit of style and comfort, low carbon environmental protection has become a new hot spot of concern, especially green, low carbon, environmentally friendly textiles with health care functions.

Coffee carbon fiber effectively uses the waste coffee residue resources, turning waste into treasure, energy saving and environmental protection.

Coffee carbon fiber also has many functions, such as odor absorption, odor recovery, heat storage, temperature rise and far-infrared. It will be more and more favored by consumers.

< p > the function of fabric is related to many factors, such as raw material composition, yarn density, fabric structure and so on. Therefore, studying the relationship between these factors and fabric function has a positive significance for the development of multi-functional fabrics.

Many scholars in China have done some research on photocatalytic bamboo charcoal fabric, far infrared thermal insulation fabric, coffee carbon and jade fiber knitted underwear fabric, but few studies have been done on the functional properties of coffee yarn fabric.

< p > in this paper, a series of fabrics made of pure a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/" > coffee yarn > /a > and cotton yarn are tested. The test results are analyzed by means of linear fitting, and the relationship between the proportion of raw materials and fabric functions is discussed, which provides a theoretical reference for developing multi-functional textiles of coffee yarn.

< p > in the testing process, the raw material of the warp yarn is 98.4dtex * 2 cotton yarn, the raw material of the weft is 184.5dtex coffee yarn and 184.5dtex cotton yarn, and a series of fabrics are manufactured according to different weft ratio.

The test instruments include indoor air detector, ammonia rapid detection tube, infrared thermometer and temperature rise experiment device.

A small climate box method was used to quickly detect ammonia concentration and temperature rise device was used for temperature rise test.

It was found that the removal rate of ammonia was positively correlated with the content of coffee yarns in the fabric, that is to say, within a certain range, the removal rate of ammonia increased with the increase of coffee yarn content.

This is because coffee grounds have porous structure on the surface of coffee grounds and have strong adsorption capacity for odors.

With the increase of coffee yarn content, the more coffee gauze contained, the stronger the ability to adsorb ammonia.

However, there is no such porous structure in cotton fibers, so the adsorption of ammonia on common fabrics is weakened.

When the coffee yarn content is 42.8%, the fabric has the strongest adsorption effect on ammonia and has better odor absorption and odor elimination function.

< p > in the heat storage and heating test, 15 minutes of irradiation time is required, and the heating speed of the fabric containing coffee yarns is much faster than that of ordinary fabrics. This is because the coffee grains in coffee gauze contain many nano sized holes, which can store large amounts of thermal energy.

After closing the heat source in 15 minutes, the fabric showed a downward trend in temperature. The fabric containing coffee gauze cooled slightly slower than the ordinary fabric.

< p > results showed that with the increase of the yarn content of the coffee, the adsorption of ammonia on the fabric increased. During a certain irradiation time, the temperature rise of the fabric increased with the increase of coffee yarn content; when the coffee yarn content was 42.8%, the fabric had good odor absorption, odor removal and heat storage function.
