My Heart And Soul In Entrepreneurship

2008/3/21 0:00:00 9

For a variety of reasons, they returned to China and founded enterprises.

However, their ultimate goal is the same. Sometimes they are afraid of people to say they are hypocritical, but they do have a hot "Chinese heart".

As a returnee told the Qianjiang Evening News reporter, he wanted to find his own life value again in the fast developing China.

My personal value and the intention of doing something for my country are melted together.

It is far more complex to do business than to study and work.

Reporters interviewed several returnees in Hangzhou, who survived through grinding.

At the beginning, many friends and classmates around them had already given up.

The biggest problem facing them is localization and overcoming their overidealism.

We try to tell them about their stories and puzzles, so that entrepreneurs from different backgrounds can see their common efforts and hopes.

On the day of the interview, reporters changed their shoes and entered the company's spotless reception room.

In a moment, a beautiful girl dressed in white looked weak and even timid.

Her assistant introduced: This is Wang Zong.

Wang Xin is a native of Hangzhou. Apart from the fact that she is running an enterprise, she can not find any clue as a family leader.

She speaks softly and softly, likes literature and psychology books, studies education in Japan, usually likes to listen to some music, and she feels lonely at night driving on the empty three bridges, and still lives with her parents.

During her stay in Japan, Wang Xin taught a Japanese girl to learn Chinese.

The girl's father is the boss of a branch of the iron triangle, when he was considering putting some production bases in China.

He commissioned Wang Xin to deal with some affairs in China. She formally registered in Hangzhou in April 2000.

The boss has a unique vision.

In 2000, there were only ten individuals in the Hangzhou iron triangle. They rented a few houses in building 3 of a software park in Binjiang District, then moved to building 6, and then moved to building 8.

The rental house changed from one floor to two floors and five floors. By October 2006, they moved into the building of their own company.

At this time, there are already more than 400 employees in the management level.

The iron triangle is good at making Phonograph Needles, microphones, earphones and so on. It is famous in Japan and Europe and America.

The demanding quality of the head office made Wang Xin a great pressure in the early days of the company.

She also remembered that at that time, in order to wait for a professional mixer to go offline, from the boss to the workshop staff, they kept the production line for several days and nights.

This woman boss is used to understatement of her own experience, including the efforts and sacrifices she has made over the past 8 years.

In fact, I didn't feel very bitter. Once, in order to wait for a lot of imported equipment, I was too nervous to go home, and I spent some spring festival with some Japanese employees in the company.

At that time, I didn't know when the equipment would arrive when I was in the Spring Festival pportation. At that time, a restaurant in Binjiang did not.

Japan has no such custom, and they feel very happy. "

"At first, we often work overtime until late at night. It's a bit desolate to drive through three empty bridges."

In the past 8 years, Wang Xin has witnessed the development of high-tech zones.

She said there were hardly any tall buildings when she first arrived, and the Jiangnan Avenue was not half as wide as it is now. Other roads are still muddy roads.

"Look, behind the building of the West LAN microelectronics, we moved flat when we moved in in 2006."

She contributed her most beautiful young age to the company. Strangely, she did not experience too much panic from the pition from quasi literature youth to Chairman and general manager.

The Japanese girl who studied Chinese with her now has become a full-time wife for her mother.

Wang Xin seems to have become a teacher or psychologist, but he has raised the burden of the company and intends to keep working on it.

"I rely on myself to adjust everything. I give many authority to others, and I think more about the future of a company.

It's great to take more time to read the book.

Zheng Qiufeng and the United States are working in DuPont and lucent.

Once, an e-commerce delegation of Zhejiang province visited the United States and was interested in hearing some of his statements. He invited him and some other Chinese students to come back to be an information planning project for a provincial enterprise.

In this way, Li Hui and Zheng Qiufeng met each other, and quickly formed a team.

After reading the MBA in the United States, Li Hui plans to bring back some things that are not included in the country, but before she meets Zheng Qiufeng, she has not made a very clear plan.

She is good at market operation, and is a good partner with Zheng Gang, who is a manager.

They all have work experience, and have financial resources and connections. Entrepreneurship is more successful than most people.

But Zheng Qiufeng told reporters that there is still a need to constantly adjust the company strategy.

"Many people who have lived abroad for many years have gone back to China.

For example, driving.

I just came back and didn't dare to drive in Hangzhou. Everyone drove very fast, and some of them did not obey the traffic rules.

The solution later was that I hired a driver. "

"In the process of running a company, we encountered a lot of things that are not suitable for this company, and there are many lessons learned," he said.

Zheng Qiufeng said, because they are engaged in management and consulting industry, hiring employees without too many hard bars, can only rely on their past background experience.

What he did not expect was that some of the applicants had excellent resume, but they often did not conform to reality after coming in. They had to change the employment system: added a probationary period.

Besides, the company in Zhejiang is used to buying one get one, that is to send a little extra service.

At first, I didn't accept it. It was always called stubborn because business practices abroad were different.

Through continuous modifications in the system and continuous development outside the company, Li Hui, Zheng Qiufeng and other founders have brought the company to a stage of rapid development, and more and more large companies are giving them information projects.

Business is not a problem. Now, what makes them headache is talent.

"Management of consulting talents" must be tempered from practice.

I have received some overseas students studying abroad, and I have returned from abroad to study masters and doctorate, but I still can not.

Li Hui told reporters.

Their solution lies in their efforts to cultivate, and from outside to find a group of work experience.

It is too late to push some projects back.

He said, "there are many talented people in Shanghai, but our company in Hangzhou is closest to the large number of customers in Zhejiang.

After leaving, we stay in Hangzhou, and many problems can be solved through flexibility.

The "salmon" is not afraid to fall, but at the age of 5, primary school, 14 years old, and 24 years old become the youngest doctor of design in Harvard University in more than 300 years.

Many articles about Xia Jian Tong are like the beginning.

The young man, who is only 32 years old this year, wears the "genius" hat almost ever since he was young.

But he seems to have avoided it, because only he knows how much effort he has made to achieve every achievement.

The XWHO (China) design consulting company he founded in Hangzhou is now a well-known planning and design brand in China. Another Tianxia technology group, which takes GIS technology as its core, has also caught up with the great opportunity for the development of digital city in China, and has become the leading enterprise in this industry.

He called his own business "trial and error" process.

"As long as we do not commit fatal mistakes, we have the opportunity to learn from failure and continue to struggle."

"I think returnees want to learn to return to China to build their own businesses. They should learn from salmon and adapt to the environment of the seas and rivers."

Salmon, in the northeast of China, were born in the river and grew up to swim in the ocean to feed and grow in the ocean.

In the autumn, they rush back to the real estate eggs in droves.

Adaptation is often a painful process. Over the years, such painful but not fatal incidents have occurred several times, such as collective resignation of design staff.

People say that design companies are the most difficult companies in the world, and their employees are creative talents, but they are also doomed to be lazy and free to pursue extreme freedom.

In 2003, shortly after the establishment of the company, I would like to implement several management reforms based on foreign experience, such as letting everyone share their experience and making precise plans for their competitors' projects, but they were met with unexpected collective boycott.

In the past, employees thought that design was a work requiring inspiration and could not set up a strict schedule, otherwise what was called "design"?

Xia Jian Tong's reform not only touched the economic interests of employees, but also challenged their sense of recognition and self-esteem.

Xia did not compromise on reform.

After persuasion and collective mobilization, a number of people left.

At that time, the people left behind had a huge psychological impact on the man left behind.

Now, however, some people are demanding that they return. In the words of Xia Jian Tong, "the employees left behind do not feel that reform is bothering them, and the employees who leave them find that extreme freedom is not a good idea."

Later, when he set up a new geographic information technology company, he faced the embarrassment which the core executives did not agree with, and experienced the exchange of blood at the top of the company.

With such bumping and bumbling search for the best way to fit their ideals and the reality, Xia Jian Tong has become more and more confident and more and more adapted to domestic social customs and business culture.

There are two things that do not fit in now: meals and experts' meetings.

Xia Jiantong, who claims to be awkward in his words, does not drink much. He still feels stressed when he appears in a dinner and expert review.

I asked myself what I wanted to do in the returnees' entrepreneurial group.

He went to the United States after graduating from high school in 1983. After finishing his electronic engineering at University of Maryland, he went on to read a master's degree and a doctorate.

Later, he worked in the largest communications companies in the world, from ordinary technical personnel to the position of vice president of the company, which is responsible for the procurement of technology in the Asia Pacific region.

He also served as the Secretary General of the American Chinese Association, which was first established by Chen Ning Yang, one of the early and more famous Chinese groups.

Mrs Zhou's wife worked in the Federal Department of justice and is also the leader among Chinese Americans.

At the age of 40, why did he put his wife and children in the United States and come to Hangzhou alone to re run a company?

"My wife started strongly opposed me to return to China, not that she was not patriotic, but that we worked in the United States for more than 20 years, almost completely westernized, and we lived very well, even better than most Americans.

Now I suddenly return to China, I am not familiar with my life, and I want to make a new company. Why?

During the Spring Festival, I stayed alone in the company and asked myself, "why?"

Zhou Caijian said that simply using "patriotism" to explain his return is pale and hypocritical.

But he really wants to find his own life value again in the fast developing China.

"The first half of life to the United States, the latter half of life to China.

My personal value and the intention of doing something for my country are melted together.

If a man of more than 40 years old does not have a turning point, he can only go down the old road to retire.

It is the motherland that gives him a chance to struggle, and let his heart still have blood.

Although his Mandarin is somewhat strange, he has encountered many problems in Hangzhou, such as talent, pportation and management, but Zhou Caijian's company has developed rapidly.

He said that almost the same communication data integration R & D results have been used for six months, and he has heard other companies have spent three years.

"Speed is victory."

"Thank you for being pale, but I have to express my gratitude."

In Hangzhou, I got a lot of help from the Personnel Bureau of the hi tech Zone, including the registration of the highest efficiency and the solution of the company's venue problems. They even agreed to help solve the employee's household registration problem.

Somewhere else, maybe I can't develop so fast. "
