Shoemaker Deckers Joined The Nine Hing Holdings To Enter The Chinese Market.

Footwear manufacturer Deckers Outdoor said it formed a $5 million joint venture with shoemaker nine Hing Holdings in Taiwan, with a view to setting up retail outlets in China and establishing wholesale distribution channels for its core brand UGG Australia.


Deckers said it will own 51% of the joint venture and the rest will be held by nine Hing Holdings.

Deckers plans to set up one or two stores in China this year.


Nine Hing Holdings is LVMH, Paul Smith, Prada, Hugo Boss, Camper, Nine West, Clarks, Kenneth, Kenneth, etc. brand production shoes. Its brand owns more than 100 high-end brands, such as retail outlets.
