The Standard Of Textile Industry Is Safety Ecology.

The textile industry will formulate a revised set of key standards, which relate to the ecology, safety and consumption of textile products.

The revised textile standards will include: testing methods for harmful substances in textile products; the quality of new textile materials; testing methods for ecological textiles; the limits of harmful substances in the production and processing of textile materials; quality assessment and testing methods for textile products; evaluation and testing methods for new textile products; functional textiles and experimental methods; grading standards for quality grades of household textiles.

The industry believes that the revised standards are related to the safety, ecology and other aspects of textile products, which is closely related to China's textile industry being repeatedly subjected to international trade barriers.

Sun Ximing, senior economist of the Ministry of science and technology of the China Textile Industry Association, said that the National Standard Committee's "11th Five-Year plan" involves the formulation and revision of some standards in the textile industry. It basically concentrates on the ecology and safety of the enterprise products. In fact, more enterprises are reporting national standards.

It is understood that at present, our country is studying the establishment of a new mechanism for international breakthroughs, bringing the leading enterprises into the international standardization work system as soon as possible, and continuing to promote the adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards. At the same time, it guides and organizes enterprises to become the main body of the participation in international standard setting, and guides enterprises with strong and positive initiatives to put forward new projects of international standards, striving to make the standard system of our superior technical fields become an international standard, and promoting leading enterprises to participate in the work of the technical committee of the international standardization organization.
