The European Parliament said on Tuesday that the label of "country of origin" should be mandatory for all clothing sold in Europe. Only in this way, consumers will not be misled by labels, because some labels imply that clothing is produced in the European Union.

The European Parliament said in a statement that the only way to ensure that consumers are not deceived by a third country is to implement the "labelling" directive.

In the four stage of manufacturing, at least two stages are completed in one country before making use of the "manufacturing" label in the country.

Manufacturing labels are currently used voluntarily in the European Union.

However, in practice, the use of manufacturing labels depends on the laws of other countries.

In contrast, the United States, Canada and Japan strictly demand labels showing countries of origin.
