Children's brand business now accounts for 10% of the group's total sales and is expected to take three to five years to develop.

The first phase of the five Li Industrial Park has increased two production capacity of about 1 million 700 thousand pairs of shoes, and the production line has been extended and put into operation. At present, the industrial park's capacity input rate is 60%. The two phase adds two annual production capacity of 1 million 800 thousand garment production lines, which are expected to be put into operation in the second half of the year.

As of June, the group has 19 production lines, with an annual production capacity of about 16 million 200 thousand pairs of shoes and an annual output of 2 million 800 thousand garments.


Cai Minduan, chief financial officer, said the group was considering raising product prices.

In addition, due to the long winter in the mainland in recent years, in April, it had discussed with the strategic partners, signed and locked prices in advance, compared with the 17% and 10% increase in the price of footwear and clothing last year, he believes that the price increase will remain double-digit this year.


Ding Wu also said that the group aims to increase the number of shops to ten thousand in three years.
