Survival Philosophy Of Textile Machinery Export Enterprises

International Textile Machinery

At the exhibition, textile machinery, which is intelligent and less employed, was highly sought after by Chinese and foreign buyers. Many suppliers of such advanced spinning machines received a large number of orders.

For textile and garment export enterprises (buyers) and textile machinery enterprises (suppliers), who are not yet completely out of the shadow of the financial crisis, such a scenario is quite unusual.

In the first 5 months of this year, China

Textile and clothing

The export volume of US $70 billion 215 million is 19.33% higher than that of the same period last year, but it has only recovered by 6.13% compared with the same period before the crisis in 2008.

A few days ago, the people's Bank of China announced that it would further promote the reform of the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and enhance the flexibility of RMB exchange rate, indicating that the expectation of RMB appreciation has begun to turn into reality.

Since the 15 day of this month, China will abolish export tax rebates for some products, making it harder for some domestic enterprises to export.

The survival philosophy of businessmen is making money, and so is the keen sense of textile machinery suppliers.

According to Edward Roberts, chairman of the European textile machinery manufacturers' special trip to Shanghai, after the outbreak of the financial crisis, some changes have taken place in the export of European textile machinery to China. The trend is to reduce costs, improve textile performance and save energy and environmental protection. Therefore, the "four high" textile machinery with high automation, high efficiency, high flexibility and high precision is welcomed by Chinese enterprises.

The eddy spinning machine, which was first exhibited by Murata Machinery Co., Ltd. in Japan, can realize the integration of roving, spinning and winding production processes, significantly reduce labor consumption, and many Chinese buyers are rushing to order.

Recently, many domestic textile exporters are not complaining about the higher cost of export, the thinner profit margins and the smaller living space of enterprises. But foreign manufacturers, especially in developed countries, are now taking the initiative to send technology advanced, low-cost textile machinery to the door. What else do you have to say?

Natural selection and survival of the fittest.

A financial storm

global market

It's a lot of cold.

But no matter how severe the storm is, people always have to spend, and businesses must survive.

Whether it was the great depression that swept the world in the 30s of last century, or the oil crisis period more than 30 years ago, many enterprises fell down at that time, but the advent and application of new technology, new technology and new products prompted a number of enterprises to get out of difficulties and grow.

It is in today's financial crisis that the haze has not yet been completely eliminated. Today, a number of enterprises have found opportunities for innovation through technological innovation or new achievements in science and technology. Some domestic and foreign textile machinery enterprises have launched new technology and new products at the textile machinery exhibition, which is to save themselves, but at the same time, it has also helped the users in an objective way.

I remember that at the beginning of the financial crisis, governments at all levels from top to bottom offered help to export enterprises, such as raising export tax rebate rate, reducing export credit insurance rate, and temporarily stopping some commodity inspection fees, so as to help enterprises tide over difficulties.

Unfortunately, a small number of enterprises should remain unchanged and assume that the government will always come to the rescue even if there is difficulty in exporting even if the export does not meet the difficulties of technological progress and production efficiency.

In fact, it is not the government but the enterprise itself that determines what one really wants.

For such a simple reason, many domestic and foreign textile machinery suppliers have found opportunities for survival and development. Why do some domestic exporters ignore them?
