China Conducts Regulations On Foreign-Invested Enterprises Engaging In Online Sales.

The circular shall be issued for the conduct of online sales and vending machines by foreign invested enterprises.
Standard

The notice requires that a foreign-funded enterprise specializing in online sales be applied to the provincial competent commercial department.
Approval
The provincial competent commercial departments shall strictly examine and approve according to the regulations governing foreign investment in commercial areas and other relevant laws and regulations.
If a foreign-funded enterprise uses its own network platform to provide network services to other trading parties, it should apply for the value-added telecom business license to the Ministry of industry and information technology.
The notice clearly stated that when foreign invested enterprises engage in online sales and related services, they should open their business licenses on the main page of their website or in the eye-catching position of their business activities. For example, the enterprises shall operate products such as refined oil, crude oil, books, newspapers and periodicals, pharmaceuticals, etc., and also need to disclose the information of the certificate of approval and the clearly identifiable photos or their electronic link markings.
The notice also stipulates that the application for the establishment of a foreign-funded commercial enterprise selling goods by vending machines or the establishment of an enterprise to increase the vending machine sales business shall be reported to the provincial commerce department for examination and approval.
