A number of documents were seized when customs declarations were issued.

Imported

Suspected infringing goods.

When examining the customs declaration documents, the world famous brand logo and the low cost price inconsistent with the brand value have aroused the suspicion of customs officers.

Subsequently, the customs officers were inspected for thorough inspection of the garments in the container.

During the inspection process, we found that the customs officers found 5 different brands of clothing in the same container, and the clothes were rough. This is not consistent with the customary practices of the world's top brands, and there is a great suspicion of infringement.

After investigation, it was confirmed that a company in Guangzhou declared imports of garments in a general trade manner suspected of infringing "D&GDOLCEGABBANA" trademark rights, 10 pairs of shoes and 46 garments, and the countries involved in the goods were Italy, Turkey, Morocco and so on. This is the first time that Guangzhou customs has seized imported suspected infringing goods in the freight channel.
