Responsibilities Of Freight Forwarders

If the loss or damage of the goods is within the scope of the insurer's contract, the freight agent shall obtain the right of subrogation from the owner of the goods after compensation, and get compensation or repayment from the other responsible person.

When the freight forwarder makes full compensation for the goods, the ownership of the goods will be pferred to the freight forwarder.

6. Exclusions
