Party A will donate the donated funds to the special fund account of the local government in the days of the first year of the year. During receipt of the money, Party B will issue a donation receipt from the financial department of the government of the people's Republic of China.

This agreement is made in three copies, one for Party A, Party B and one for the Finance Bureau of the city.
