According to media reports, Nike shoes (China) and Beijing China Youth Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Youth Foundation) work together for the cause of public welfare. In the year from November 2010 to November 2011, the "love transcendence" will select 100 application teams, and each team can get a project subsidy of up to 10000 yuan to help them achieve their creativity, contribute and give back to society.

The jury is composed of experts from community development, social environment and sports public welfare. They will select 100 project teams and provide funding with the criteria of innovation, autonomy, feasibility, demonstration, sustainability and social value. The results will be announced at the end of January 2011, and the winning projects will be implemented from March 2011 to August.


This is the first application of the "love transcendence" project in China. On the basis of previous cooperation between Qingji and Nike, "love transcendence" will become a continuous funding scheme, which aims to bring long-term contributions to the community.


Mr. Tu Meng, Secretary General of the Chinese Youth Foundation Committee, said: "the cooperation between the Youth Foundation and Nike is a good incentive for Chinese young people to undertake social responsibilities.
