Total Demand For Talents At The Grass-Roots Level

Comprehensive media reports: since 2005, the total number of graduates from colleges and universities in Guizhou has been around 15% annually.

In 2011, the total number of graduates reached 88 thousand and 700.

This year, through the "three supports and one support", "village officials" plan and the Western Volunteer Action Plan, Guizhou will absorb 14117 graduates to the grass-roots employment (service), accounting for 16% of the total number of college graduates this year.


The professional directory of talent development demand of Guizhou Province in 2011 shows that the total number of talents required at four levels in the province, prefecture, county and township level exceeds 100 thousand.

Among them, the total number of county, township (town) level units and rural practical talents is 78969, which is 75% of the total demand of the whole province, and has become the main destination for Guizhou to absorb talents.


In the first half of this year, the demand for technicians and mechanic in Guiyang increased from 4509 to 11100.

According to analysis, this is mainly due to the further expansion of a number of old industrial enterprises in Guiyang.

New ventures and large enterprises have entered Guiyang successively.


Quick commentary: college graduates who work at the grass-roots level account for 16% of the total, and the total number of grass-roots talents accounts for 75% of the total demand of the whole province.

The two figures show that the space for college graduates to work at grass roots is still huge.

The demand for rural practical talents and technicians and technicians continues to grow, and market demand for talent is clear.
