Adidas Sued Pacific&Nbsp; Brands Suspected To Follow Her Three Stripes Trademark.

According to the Sunday telegraph quoted Adidas in the federal court, the world's second largest sporting goods company accused Pacific Brands of adding Fourth "seemingly similar" stripes on AUD20 sports shoes and selling them through discount stores.


Pacific Brands said that after receiving several legal letters sent by Adidas, the sale of such shoes was stopped, but Adidas said that rights protection actions were necessary to stop further damage to the brand and prevent others from following suit.
