In order to fully implement the requirements of the "12th Five-Year plan" and promote the implementation of the strategy of brand power, the China Textile Industry Association has formulated the "12th Five-Year textile industry brand development outline", and further put forward the goal of "100 thousand million" in 12th Five-Year, that is, cultivating more than one hundred regional brands, cultivating more than 1000 well-known brand enterprises nationwide and creating more than 1000 trillion brand added value, and putting forward seven brand building projects in the whole industry, such as brand cultivation, excellence demonstration, quality control and standard system construction, design innovation improvement, industrial cluster public service platform construction, brand marketing management capability enhancement, corporate social responsibility construction, brand development fund creation, etc.


She said that China Textile Industry Federation has done a lot of concrete work in quality management and laboratory construction in recent years.

Provide services and industrial innovation services for enterprises around the country; implement the product certification of the "China pop fabric" tag; provide professional guidance for Lining, nine wolves, seven wolves, Ruyi, Xu Rong and other 50 enterprises; instruct enterprises to establish and improve the quality assurance system, supplier management system, standardization system and testing system; continuously provide enterprises with nearly a hundred international standards training, establish a platform for communication and communication, and gradually promote the overall quality management of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of China's textile and garment enterprises; compile the AATCC technical manual, ASTM standard compilation, ISO international standard compilation, JIS Japanese standard compilation, compile FC training materials and other books to help enterprises correctly understand the foreign standards. The Network Laboratory of the national industrial cluster, which is based on the association detection network, has been established.

These efforts have played a positive role in promoting the overall quality management of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of China's textile and garment enterprises.

Laboratory construction and accreditation exchange


Experimental accreditation is playing an increasingly important role in helping enterprises establish internal quality control and defense lines, improve R & D efficiency, and effectively reduce international trade frictions.

In October 16th, experts from the China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment and the Quality Certification Department of the China Textile Information Center discussed the issue of international laboratory accreditation and answered the difficulties encountered by many enterprises in the process of CNAS certification application.
