Xu Wenying, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China filament weaving Association, attended the two meetings and delivered an important speech. Wang Jiayi, vice president and Secretary General of the China filament weaving Association, and Liao Menghu, deputy secretary general, respectively presided over the different contents of the two meetings.
Through the convening of the two meeting, the two professional organizations to be established by China filament weaving Association have been formally announced, and relevant technical activities in their respective fields can be officially launched from the date of establishment.
The two Specialized Committee have more than 40 experts, and two meetings have read out the list of experts appointed by the China filament weaving association according to the procedures. Experts are recommended by the backbone enterprises, institutions, marking committees, testing organizations and trade associations.
The responsibilities of the two Specialized Committee directors are as follows:
Xu Wenying, vice chairman of China Federation of textile industry and chairman of China filament weaving Association, are director of science and Technology Committee, chief consultant of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Ye Yongmao, Deputy Secretary General of China filament weaving Association Liao Menghu, assistant Guo Yujun general manager of Hengli Group Co., Ltd., Lv Yingzhi, chief engineer Lv Yingzhi of Bashan group and Wang Ronggen general engineer of Zhejiang Shu Mei te Textile Co., Ltd., vice director of science and Technology Committee, and director of Technology Department of China filament weaving Association, Secretary General of science and Technology Committee.
Li Binhong, director of the national textile product development center, is the chief consultant of the product development committee. Liao Menghu, Deputy Secretary General of the China filament weaving Association, is the director of the product development committee, Sun Xiankang, director of research and development of Suzhou Zhi Xiang Textile Research Co., Ltd. and Zhu Chengyan, Secretary of materials and Textile College of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. He is deputy director of the product development committee, and Wang Yao, director of Technology Department of China filament weaving Association, is the Secretary General of the product development committee.
According to the two Specialized Committee responsibilities identified by the first China Member Association, the science and Technology Commission is mainly responsible for the formulation, technical exchange, consultation, industry development planning, scientific and technological project identification, promotion of industrial upgrading, social responsibility and environmental protection.

During the meeting, the members of the science and Technology Committee talked about the development of the filament weaving industry, and discussed the "12th Five-Year development guidance" (Draft) and the industrial development project of the Chinese filament weaving industry, and put forward specific amendments. The members of the product development committee talked about the development and development direction of the filament weaving products, and focused on the recommended activities of the national top quality silk fabrics in 2012. The products were classified into three categories, namely, clothing, decoration and industrial use. In each category, there were three series of velvet, jacquard and plain weaving. Meanwhile, the conditions for the evaluation, the establishment of awards and the procedures for evaluation were also stipulated.
The establishment of the two Specialized Committee will play an important role in improving the industrial development plan, promoting the upgrading of industrial technology and product mix, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
Another quick: I will organize the 2012 national silk fabric excellent quality recommendation activities organized by me to inform all member enterprises. This event is the first time for the filament weaving industry to hold such a large-scale national silk fabric best quality recommendation. It is a centralized inspection of the silk weaving products.
The document stipulates that "fine gold award", "boutique Award" and "finalists Award" should be set up for different categories of products.
