The notice emphasizes that insurance companies must strengthen the management of agency channels. When entrusting insurance agency agencies to do business, they should choose an institution with sound internal control and good reputation, not to entrust an illegal insurance agency, nor to conduct business in a disguised form beyond the scope of the agency.

To establish a trust relationship, a written contract should be signed to clarify the relationship between rights and obligations of both parties.
