Dongguan Industry And Commerce Seized Counterfeit American Carroll Shoes

From the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce, recently, the Consul General of the United States Consulate General of Guangzhou and Mr. Sara Hoverstock, director of the Asian regional law department of the company, sent a letter of thanks respectively, commending the city industrial and commercial bureau for protecting the United States.

The efforts made by the company in terms of intellectual property rights express heartfelt thanks to the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce for giving full play to its functions and protecting the intellectual property rights of enterprises.

Why

A letter of thanks will be sent to our industry and Commerce Department. In the period from 4 to May, the Municipal Industrial and commercial bureau has investigated and dealt with 3 cases of counterfeit well-known trademarks "Crocs" brand shoes, and pferred the relevant cases to the public security department in accordance with the "three dozen" work arrangements, thus safeguarding the rights and interests of the enterprises.

It is reported that this year, 4~5 months, according to complaints from the city's industrial and commercial bureau, wanjiang, Nancheng and cha Shan continuously seized three piles.

"Crocs" shoe case.

Among them, Cha Shan's dens were suspected of infringement.

"Trademark" finished shoes 120762 pairs, semi-finished shoes 31441 pairs, and so on, the value of goods involved is about 50 million yuan.

Dongguan city industry and Commerce Bureau said that as the above cases reached the standard of pfer, the Municipal Industrial and commercial bureau promptly pferred the case to the public security department to handle the criminal responsibility of the parties through legal means and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of the trademark owner.

Next, the industrial and commercial bureau of the city will take the "three strikes" as an opportunity to label the trademark printing enterprises as the focus of law enforcement, and conduct spot checks on the trademark printing enterprises in the city. The key is to check whether the trademark printing marks the main body whether to establish trademark identification inspection, business registration, identification and warehousing, discarded trademark destruction, and so on, and crack down on illegal printing of trademarks.
