Footwear Industry Analysis: The Status Quo And Future Of China'S Footwear Industry

In the fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, the party put forward that "promoting national economy and social informatization is a strategic measure to cover the overall situation of socialist modernization". The sixteen put forward the idea of "promoting industrialization with information technology, promoting informatization by industrialization and taking a new road to industrialization". Therefore, promoting the integration of two technologies is a necessary way of industrial pformation during the "12th Five-Year" period.

Over the past decade, China

Although the application level of information technology has been greatly improved, it has played a great role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises, promoting energy saving and consumption reduction, green production, and promoting the pformation and upgrading of industrial economy. The subject of the two industry integration assessment is jointly undertaken by the China Light Industry Federation information center and the China Leather Association, which is an opportunity for the upgrading of the two industry integration in the footwear industry.

This assessment can show the three levels of integration of the two tasks, one is to help the government to accurately grasp the overall development of the current situation, trends and laws, and significantly enhance the scientific nature of decision-making.

The two is to help industry management organizations to find out the overall situation of the integration of the two industries, to explore common problems, and to enhance the ability and level of enterprise services in the industry.

The three is that the enterprises can participate in the two integration evaluation work and fill in the "two industry integration evaluation index system" of the footwear industry. The index system involves all aspects of the enterprise from information strategy and planning, organization and leadership, equipment and facilities, information resources, information security to product design, process design, procurement management, production management, sales management, financial management, quality management, safety management, industrial chain collaboration and so on.

In the future, the Ministry of industry and Commerce will promote the "information industry and industrialization integration" assessment standard of industrial enterprises to become the national standard, organize the two assessment and certification training of enterprises, and carry out two levels of integration level identification.
