Li Xuecheng: first of all, the range of professional wear is very extensive. The formal dress of business can also be called professional wear, and the clothes worn by military personnel can also be called professional wear.

National uniform dress industry, such as industry and commerce, taxation, procuratorate, court and railway, are also professional clothes of various professions.

At present, the clothing association roughly estimates the market size of the professional wear range from three thousand to five hundred billion yuan.

Li Xuecheng: there is high inventory in the industry, but mostly B2C mode.

We are not the same as them. We are the order type production. The things we do for the big customers are all the number of people you have, the specific person to whom you have a name, and the tailor-made clothes. It is a package of one person, and the outfit, the interior and the shoes are all matched. This is the same as that of the army. It belongs to the directional production.


Yang Zhaoxiang: now many B2C enterprises are also turning to B2B direction. As far as I know, some brand enterprises are also changing.

In the direction of our customized market, why? That's the problem we mentioned just now.


In the fierce market competition, how to balance the market personalized demand with mass production?


Li Xuecheng: different customers and different industries have different requirements for professional wear. According to the requirements of enterprises, we tailor it to one to one service.

Enterprises request, we design according to the requirements, from the style, color, collocation to fabric design, let the enterprise see whether it is suitable after design, or our design will have consideration in advance, after understanding the basic situation of the customer, we will design the product for you.


Do you have any plans to export production lines to Southeast Asia to reduce costs for Adidas, fan and other garment manufacturers?


Yang Zhaoxiang: last year, this phenomenon is very obvious. Because of the rising price of raw materials and labor costs, the garment industry has been attacked overseas, and they are unwilling to do so in China.

However, some foreign high-end products are still being done in China, because Southeast Asia and India can not do high level products, and the quality of their products still can not meet the requirements.


At present, under the circumstances of market changes, domestic garment enterprises, including ourselves, are also seeking pformation and upgrading step by step.

But we can not fully understand that we do not go to Southeast Asia to set up factories. If necessary, there may be some circulation, matching processing and OEM production.

As for when to do it, it can only be said that it is possible to see whether future development needs.


What is the export status of the business attire customization?


Li Xuecheng: now the export situation is very bad, which is very unfavorable to our enterprises. We have pressure in this aspect, and the export proportion probably only accounts for the proportion of 10%-15% in the enterprise.

Of course, we mainly aim at the domestic market, there will also be some foreign markets, such as munitions, civilian products, but are under certain pressure.
