The specific contents are: export processing trade to export enterprises, 2 yuan per US dollar, export of high-tech products under processing trade, and 1 yuan per US dollar.

Enterprises with an annual turnover of over 3 million dollars in processing trade and 30% of their self export volume will be rewarded, with the annual processing trade of 3 million yuan (above) or less than 5 million dollars, with a reward of RMB 100 thousand yuan; the annual processing trade export of 5 million yuan (or above) or less than 10 million dollars shall be awarded 150 thousand yuan; the annual processing trade export of 10 million dollars or more will be rewarded with 200 thousand yuan.

The specific supporting measures are: Wenzhou enterprises take part in overseas key exhibitions of provincial, municipal or foreign economic and trade departments, and the booth fees will be fully subsidized; overseas support exhibitions will be subsidized 20 thousand yuan for each booth; Harbin Fair, West conference, maritime trade fair, China Expo, Expo, Nanning ASEAN Expo and Harbin Wenzhou products exhibition, each booth will subsidize 8000 yuan.

At each level, Lucheng and Longwan, Ouhai and Wenzhou economic and Technological Development Zone export enterprises participate in international market overseas exhibitions, with a subsidy of 15 thousand yuan for each booth.

The measures also encourage export enterprises to actively promote publicity and publicity in the international market, publish advertising fees for products advertised on overseas media, and register the registration fees of products trademarks abroad, giving each subsidy within 50%.

For enterprises to apply for ISO9000 series quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental management system certification fees and product certification inspection fees, each grant within 50% of the subsidy.

A subsidy of 80% shall be granted to the exporters for the insurance premium for export credit insurance.

In addition, the measures also explicitly give awards to the top 20 enterprises in this year. The top 5 awards are 300 thousand yuan, and the top 6 to the top 10 are 200 thousand yuan, and the first 11 to the first 20 are rewarded 100 thousand yuan.

The municipal government will also set up a special fund for "going out" strategy, and intensify efforts to promote overseas processing trade and overseas resources utilization.

The winning units awarded by the Ministry of Commerce to the key overseas economic cooperation zones shall be awarded a one-time reward of 1 million yuan.

We will grant subsidies to 30 thousand yuan to 150 thousand yuan for each project in terms of the amount invested by China in terms of overseas investment, processing trade, overseas resources development, overseas acquisition and overseas listing.
