After the cage is used, the bacteria are inactivated by boiling wastewater. The comprehensive water saving is over 50%, the energy saving is over 30%, the chemical material is reduced by more than 60%, the pollutant production is reduced by more than 50%, the cost of degumming is reduced, and the yield and quality of the refined hemp are improved.

Sewage discharge reaches the first level requirement of the national comprehensive discharge standard for sewage.

Main innovation points of the project

1. the innovative process is to mix the bacteria 0.2m3 into the fermenting pot and mix it with the 32 ~33 centigrade warm water in the fermentation pot, add carbon source and helium source, and continue to fill the compressed air. The project has built 1 clean and dyed yarn production lines for denim yarn. Through the implementation of this project, it can promote the synchronous development of the related textile printing and dyeing enterprises in China, and it has a positive and positive effect on the implementation of energy saving, environmental protection and cleaner production technology in the printing and dyeing industry.

In 2013, the sale of clean dyed denim fabrics was 7 million 200 thousand meters, with an additional profit of 11 million 730 thousand yuan and a tax of 5 million 570 thousand yuan.
