XXX unit (hereinafter referred to as Party A), in order to beautify the environment in the hospital, keep clean and sanitary for a long time, and make it a garden like unit, has decided to hire a temporary worker to be responsible for the environmental sanitation and maintenance and management of flowers, plants and trees in the bureau. Comrade XXX (hereinafter referred to as Party B) voluntarily undertakes this task. After study, both parties hereby agree as follows agreement ：

1、 Party A pays Party B a monthly salary of ____ yuan, and does not enjoy holidays wages During the employment period of Party B, Party A will not be responsible for arranging the three meals and accommodation for Party B. Party B can have lunch in the restaurant of Party A's company at noon. The standard is the same as that of Party A's regular employees. Party A can give leave and other care according to the actual situation of Party B.

2、 When Party B comes to work for Party A, Party A shall add labor tools and other tools as required, and Party B shall keep them properly and shall not lose them without reason.

3、 Party B shall carry out major or minor sweeping for the whole hospital every day according to Party A's sanitary conditions, so as to ensure that the hospital is clean.

4、 Party B is responsible for the planting, maintenance and management of flowers and plants in Party A's yard (including medicine) and the placement of flower pots up and down the office building. In summer, Party B should make preparations for the maintenance of flowers and plants in winter to ensure that flowers and plants are flourishing in the bureau's yard and flowers bloom in the office building all the year round.

5、 Party B Labor process Pay attention to safety. Party A shall not bear any safety responsibility and medical expenses for traffic accidents and illnesses caused by Party B's negligence.

6、 Party A shall try its best to meet all normal requirements of Party B, such as tools and seeds that need to be added in the production process, and Party B shall not criticize those that cannot be done objectively.

7、 Party B has performed well and made outstanding achievements in the work process of Party A, and everyone has responded well. Party A will give a reward of ______ yuan at the end of the year.

8、 This agreement is temporarily signed for one year, and can be extended if both parties have no objection after the expiration of the contract.

9、 This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall come into force upon signature.
