In the warm applause, the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, the chairman of the CPC Central Committee and the chairman of the Central Military Commission were awarded the award of the 2015 National Natural Science Award, the National Technological Invention Award, the national science and Technology Progress Award and the People's Republic of China international science and technology Cooperation Award.

In the speech, Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, expressed warm congratulations to all the winning members on behalf of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and offered high respects and sincere greetings to the vast numbers of scientists and technicians throughout the country, and thanked the foreign experts who participated in and supported China's scientific and technological undertakings.

2015 National Science and technology awards awarded 295 achievements and 7 foreign science and technology experts.

There are 42 National Natural Science Awards, including 1 first prize, two two prize, 66 national technological invention awards, 1 first prize, two prize and 65 National Science and technology progress award, among which the first prize, the first prize, the 17, the 17 prize and so on.

The key technologies and industrialization of PTT and in-situ functionalized PET polymerization and its preparation of composite fibers, and the R & D and industrialization of key technologies for high precision rotary screen printing and cleaner production were awarded by the China Federation of textile industry (2015) for the two prize of national science and technology progress award.

Project Description: the project developed a slow release crystallization granulation technology, energy saving 27%~35%; overcome the technology of depolymerization, separation and recovery of cyclic two dimers, reduce material consumption, and achieve harmless treatment of acrolein and allyl alcohol.

On the basis of studying the mechanism of composite functional copolyester fiber moisture absorption, moisture resistance, anti ultraviolet, anti pilling and kinetics of synthetic reaction, the project has successfully developed a complete set of technology for heat and moisture comfort polyester synthesis and its fiber manufacturing, solved the problem of super dispersion of functional powder, broke through the key technologies of multi-functional polyester continuous polymerization and melt direct spinning, and produced different heat and moisture comfort polyester filament, short fiber and fabric with different functions.

Project Description: the project has developed innovative wide width and high precision network and rotary screen printing technology. It has solved the technical problems of traditional circular screen printing technology, such as low accuracy of flower pattern, low success rate, long cycle of color separation, long production efficiency, low color level, poor color, waste of color paste, high cost of printing and printing, and large discharge of printing wastewater.
