Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd announcements on controlling shareholder's lifting of partial stock pledge
The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there is no false record, misleading statement or major omission in the contents of this announcement, and shall bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the contents.
Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") received the notice from the Zhejiang Golden Eagle Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Eagle Group") in May 23, 2019. The Golden Eagle Group completed the business of partial stock pledge relief in Zhejiang Merchants Securities Limited by Share Ltd.
In September 14, 2017, Golden Eagle Group pledged its 13 million 500 thousand shares of tradable shares (3.70% of the total share capital of the company) to Zhejiang securities Limited by Share Ltd (see 2017-034 for details).
In February 21, 2019, Golden Eagle Group pledged its 1 million shares of the company's 0.27% shares of tradable shares (0.27% of the total share capital of the company) to Zhejiang securities Limited by Share Ltd.
In May 23, 2019, Golden Eagle Group will pledge the 14 million 500 thousand shares of Zhejiang Merchants Securities Limited by Share Ltd to complete the lifting of pledge procedures.
As of the announcement date, Golden Eagle Group held 177173451 shares of the company, accounting for 48.58% of the total share capital of the company.
After the lifting of the pledge, the Golden Eagle Group accumulated 106530000 shares of the pledge, accounting for 60.13% of the number of shares held, accounting for 29.21% of the total share capital of the company.
