The Textile Energy Saving Diagnostic Service Has Begun.

In May 16, 2019, the Ministry of industry and information issued a letter of notice to the Ministry of industry and information on the issuance of the action plan for industrial energy saving diagnostic services [2019] 101.

It is related to the weak energy management foundation of machinery, electrical, electronics, light industry, textile and other high energy consuming industries such as steel, building materials, petrochemical and non-ferrous metals.

The diagnosis of industrial energy saving is a comprehensive diagnosis of enterprise technology and equipment, energy efficiency and energy management system. It helps enterprises find energy problems, find energy saving potential, and improve energy efficiency and energy saving management level.

Since 13th Five-Year, through improving energy conservation policies and regulations, improving the standard system, strengthening energy conservation supervision and promoting energy saving technology pformation, the energy efficiency level of enterprises has been continuously improved, and the energy efficiency of advanced enterprises in some industries has reached the international advanced level.

However, due to factors such as weak energy conservation consciousness, lack of technical force and imperfect management system, the gap of energy efficiency between enterprises in different regions and industries is still relatively large.

In order to meet the energy saving needs of enterprises, support enterprises to dig deep potential for energy conservation, continuously improve the level of industrial energy efficiency, and promote the green development of industry, and formulate the plan of action according to the "green industrial development plan" of 13th Five-Year.

In order to promote the energy saving and emission reduction in the cotton textile industry and enhance the level of energy conservation and environmental protection in the cotton textile industry, China Cotton Textile Industry Association has carried out "energy conservation and emission reduction technology collection and innovative enterprise recommendation activities" in the industry for six consecutive years, expanding the application scope of the advanced and applicable energy saving and emission reduction technologies in the industry, and playing the exemplary and leading role of the "innovative cotton textile enterprise", which has been widely recognized in the industry.

It is hoped that all cotton textile enterprises can respond positively to the call of the state, pay attention to the effective means and measures of energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry, and continue to innovate and tap the potential to promote the green development of the cotton textile industry.
