Solution To The Problem Of Roving Bending In The Back Area Of Spinning

There is a phenomenon of roving bending in the back area of the spindle of the spinning frame (Figure), and some appear hard head phenomenon. Generally, it is easy to change the new variety or the flat car to replace the pin rack and the rubber roller. The analysis is made for the failure of the rear zone drafting, and the weight contrast test of the tube yarn has no obvious difference.

The causes and solutions of roving bending and hard heading are analyzed as follows:

One

The failure of the cradle will result in the decrease of the grip force between the cots and rollers in the middle region and the pulling force of the bar, resulting in the bending of the bar in the back area of the spinning frame.

Solution: check whether the cradle pressurization meets the technological requirements, whether the pressure spring elasticity is reduced, whether it is consistent, whether the cradle is loose or deformed, and so on, if the requirement is not met, the pressure spring or cradle should be replaced.

Two

The upper and middle rollers are short of oil and rust, and the cots are not flexible.

Solutions: shorten the maintenance period, timely refueling or replacing the upper and middle rollers.

Three

The spring tension of the rubber ring tension rack decreases, and the rubber ring relaxes, so that the rubber ring can not synchronize with the upper middle roller (Tie Ke) and the middle roller, causing the bending of the back area bar.

Solution: check the tension ring of the rubber ring, and change the spring in time.

Four

The deformation or skew of the upper pin of the iron plate causes the rotary resistance of the rubber ring to increase and the rotation is not flexible, causing the back area to bend.

Solutions: strengthen maintenance and timely replacement of defective sales.

Five

The upper and upper aprons are filled with floral and short linen, causing the tension of the apron to change.

Solutions: strengthen inspection tour, find problems and deal with them in time.

Six

The apron is slippery with roller, the rubber ring is used for a long time, the inner ring is smoother, and the friction system between the apron and the roller becomes smaller.

Solution: replace the new apron in time.

Seven

The draft area in the back area is too small, causing the back area to bend.

Solution: enlarge the draft area appropriately.

Eight

The apron is stiff.

The new apron is in a low temperature environment for a long time. The rubber ring is rigid. When the vehicle is loaded, the rubber ring is not flexible, and it causes the back area to bend.

After the apron is aged, the apron becomes hard and the rotation is not flexible, causing the back area to bend.

Solution: the apron of the new car should be placed in the spinning environment for a period of time, so that the temperature of the apron can be consistent with the spinning temperature.

For aging aprons, they should be renewed in time.
