In 1-11, China'S Textile And Clothing Exports Decreased By 2.65% Compared To The Same Period Last Year.

According to statistics, in 2019 1-11, China's textile and apparel exports totaled 246 billion 880 million US dollars, down 2.7% from the same period last year, of which 109 billion 260 million US dollars in textile exports, a slight increase of 0.1% over the same period last year, and 137 billion 620 million US dollars in clothing exports, down 4.7% from the same period last year.

According to the monthly view, exports of textiles and garments in November amounted to 22 billion 70 million US dollars, down 4.3% from the same period last year. The export volume in one month has declined for 4 consecutive months, reaching a new low since April this year. Among them, textile exports amounted to 9 billion 950 million US dollars, down 3.5%, and clothing exports 12 billion 120 million US dollars, down 4.9%.

In terms of RMB, exports in November were 156 billion 70 million yuan, down 2%, of which 70 billion 390 million yuan for textile exports, 1.1% for clothing, 85 billion 680 million yuan for clothing exports, and 2.6% for exports. In 1-11 months, textile and apparel exports totaled 1 trillion and 699 billion 550 million yuan, an increase of 2%, of which 751 billion 460 million yuan of textile exports, an increase of 4.9%, clothing exports 948 billion 90 million yuan, a slight decrease of 0.1%.
