National Enterprise Technology Center Released: A Number Of Cotton Textile Enterprises Received Good Evaluation, And Warp And Weft Textile Ranked Among Them
On February 15, the national development and Reform Commission issued a notice announcing the evaluation results of the state enterprise technology center in 2021. Many members of China Textile Industry Association were rated as good level.
The national enterprise technology center is jointly awarded by the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of finance, the General Administration of customs and the State Administration of taxation. It is one of the highest specification and most influential technology innovation platforms in China. The assessment is mainly conducted from the aspects of innovative talents, technology accumulation, innovation platform, technological output and innovation benefit. In principle, the operation evaluation of national enterprise technology center shall be organized every two years, and the evaluation results are divided into excellent, good, basically qualified and unqualified.
The state has issued an encouraging policy to the national enterprise technology center. All localities give financial support to the national enterprise technology center. After being confirmed by the customs, duty-free imported scientific and technological development articles may be placed in their non independent legal person branches in other places according to relevant regulations. The national development and Reform Commission (NDRC) supports the national enterprise technology center in combination with its innovation capacity building, high-tech industrialization, and the development of strategic emerging industries. In addition, the State supports the national enterprise technology center to undertake the R & D tasks of the central financial science and technology plan (special projects, funds, etc.). Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of enterprises to obtain the evaluation.
