Cleaner Production Audits For Wenzhou Synthetic Leather Enterprises Have Exceeded 80%

In order to effectively promote cleaner production audit, the chamber of Commerce held a "backbone training class for cleaner production audit in Wenzhou synthetic leather industry" in March 27th at the cloud Skyline Hotel in Longwan.

The training is delivered by Zhou Ling, senior engineer of Wenzhou Industrial Design Institute and national registered Cleaner Production Auditor.

Secretary General Zheng Duquan delivered a speech at the training meeting. He stressed that doing cleaner production audit is a top priority for the synthetic leather industry, requiring all enterprises to attach great importance to it, further unify their understanding, scientifically arrange the plan, select the audit units as soon as possible, and sign an agreement with them, conscientiously organize the audit work of each stage, pay attention to the actual effect, ensure the smooth passing of the audit, and lay a good foundation for this year to strictly control the district's cap.

By April 8th, there were 37 enterprises that had passed the cleaner production audit in the whole industry, accounting for 37.3% of the total number of member enterprises, and 45 had signed an agreement with the audited units, accounting for 45.5%. The chamber of Commerce hopes that the enterprises that have not signed the cleaner production examination agreement shall study urgently and implement them as soon as possible. Enterprises that have signed agreements should strengthen leadership and put the cleaner production audit work on the important agenda and do a good job.
